Paul H. “Buddy” Barnard is co-owner of our company. Buddy handles the public relations end of the business and is also involved in project management and day to day operations. He is a founding member of the company.
Cynthia A. Gibson
Safety Director/Project Management
Cynthia A. Gibson has worked with our company for ten years. She began as a field superintendent assistant. She is now in our home office and has multiple responsibilities. Since moving into our office, she has earned her C.I.T. (Construction Industry Technician) degree. Cindy is past president and an active member of the local Jackson, MS chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction.
Belinda Smith
Bookkeeping
Belinda Smith is the company bookkeeper in charge of payroll and processing of payments to our various project team members. She is responsible for maintaining our business licenses and keeping insurance documents for various subcontractors and Barnard & Sons up to date. Belinda has been with Barnard & Sons since 2003.
Angie Gillen
Assistant Project Mgr
Angie Gillen is an assistant project manager with our company. Her duties include the recording of project documents and is very involved with our bidding process. Angie has been with Barnard & Sons since 2007.
William Chalk
Owner/Member
William Chalk is co-owner of our company. William's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, estimating and project management. He is a founding member of the company.
